The apartment Arctic Holiday 1 is located in a wonderfully peaceful environment. The apartment is only 1.5 kilometers from the famous Santa Claus Village and the services of the center are a 10-minute drive away. The nearest grocery store is just a 500-meter walk away.

This apartment has space for 1-6 persons: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa beds, bathroom, sauna and own backyard with a terrace. In the interior, we wanted to bring a modern style with a warm spirit to this spacious apartment. The furniture is carefully selected for their style and durability. In terms of equipment, you will find everything you could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped and, in the bathroom, you will find a washing tower.
